„Tvrtka radi na novoj značajki ispitivanja sluha koja će reproducirati različite tonove i zvukove kako bi slušalice AirPods utvrdile koliko osoba dobro čuje. Ideja je pomoći korisnicima u otkrivanju problema sa sluhom, baš kao što aplikacija Apple Watch ECG provjerava probleme sa srcem“, ističe Gurman.
Značajku za provjeru zdravlja sluha već neko vrijeme imaju pojedine bežične slušalice drugih proizvođača. Primjerice, Jabrin model Elite 75t nudi značajku MySound koja stvara prilagođeni zvučni profil nakon reprodukcije niza tonova u svakom uhu te tako provjeravaju koje frekvencije korisnik može čuti, a slično je i kod novijih Ankerovih slušalica.
Ne, Gurman kaže da Apple radi i na dodavanju dodatnih zdravstvenih senzora unutar AirPodsa, koji će, između ostalog, moći mjeriti tjelesnu temperaturu.
