Jedinstveno godišnje okupljanje privatnih iznajmljivača na nacionalnoj razini, 7. Forum obiteljskog smještaja (FOS), održat će se u subota, 18. ožujka s početkom u 10:30 sati u hotelu Westin u Zagrebu. FOS organizira Sektor za turizam Hrvatske gospodarske komore u suradnji s Hrvatskom turističkom zajednicom.
7. Forum obiteljskog smještaja ponudit će iznajmljivačima alate za neke od najvećih izazova s kojima se susreću: sve veća konkurencija, zakonske i porezne regulative te praćenje brzo-izmjenjujućih trendova. Konkurencija u privatnom smještaju u turizmu izrazito je velika. Prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku (2019.) obiteljski i privatni smještaj čine 61 posto ukupne ponude smještajnih kapaciteta u zemlji. Izazovi ponuditelja obiteljskog smještaja osiguravaju popunjenost izvan sezone.
„Na FOS-u ćemo stimulirati prenamjenu obiteljskog smještaja u inovativne vrste smještaja s dodanim vrijednostima kroz ulaganja u kvalitetu smještajnih objekata, posebno u segmentu malih obiteljskih hotela”, objasnila je Direktorica Sektora za turizam HGK Andreja Vukojević.
Iznajmljivačima obiteljskog smještaja posebnu vrstu izazova predstavlja snalaženje sa zakonskim i poreznim regulativama. Mnogi ne razumiju financijske obveze koje su dužni ispunjavati. Zakonska i porezna regulativa u obiteljskom smještaju tema je stoga drugog od dva panela na FOS-u, nakon čega će porezni položaj pružatelja smještaja u domaćinstvu problematizirati porezna savjetnica Ljerka Markota. Iznajmljivačima će ponuditi konkretne informacije i savjete za djelovanje u skladu s propisanim okvirima.
„Kako bi se razvijao održivi turizam, potrebno je uključiti lokalne stanovnike u proces planiranja, promovirati turističke aktivnosti koje su u skladu s lokalnim vrijednostima i potrebama te educirati turiste o važnosti očuvanja prirodnog i kulturnog naslijeđa. Osim toga, važno je promicati turističke aktivnosti tijekom cijele godine kako bi se smanjila sezonalnost turizma te razvijati infrastrukturu koja podržava održivi turizam, uključujući i održive smještajne objekte“, naglasio je Nedo Pinezić, savjetnik za razvoj turizma baziran na lokalnoj zajednici koji će svojim predavanjem usmjeriti iznajmljivače na jedan od najaktualnijih trendova – održivost.
